The Everpure Ultraviolet Water Sterilizer uses high-intensity UV light to inactivate bacteria and microorganisms without chemicals. Available in 2 GPM and 6 GPM models, it is ideal as a final disinfection stage for drinking water, beverage equipment, ice machines and foodservice lines.
Concerns about bacteria and odour in finished water can lead to frequent filter changes and chemical dosing. Everpure UV sterilizers add a final disinfection barrier without chemicals, helping protect customers, ice quality and equipment reputation.
High UV dose provides effective microbiological disinfection with no chemicals added to the water and no change to taste or odour.
Polished SUS304 stainless chamber and quartz sleeve provide high UV transmittance and easy cleaning for reliable UV performance over time.
Small footprint, low weight and low power consumption, with a sound-light alarm to indicate lamp malfunction and a rated lamp life of 9000 hours.

| Capacity | Not applicable – UV disinfection (no filter media; capacity depends on lamp life of 9000 hours) |
| Rating | Not applicable – UV treats microorganisms by light, not by particulate filtration |
| Flow Rate | PFB-002: 2 GPM (0.45 T/h) • PFB-006: 6 GPM (1.36 T/h) rated flow at specified UV dose |
| Dimensions | PFB-002: L1 360 mm, L2 260 mm, W 51 mm, H 67 mm • PFB-006: L1 564 mm, L2 454 mm, W 63.5 mm, H 90 mm (chamber body and overall length). |
| Operating Pressure | Rated pressure up to 0.7 MPa (typical UV pressure vessel rating); operate within system design and plumbing limits. |
| Operating Temperature | Recommended source-water temperature: 2 – 40 °C (per optimal source-water conditions). |
| Connections | Chamber port size: PFB-002 – 1/2" NPT-F; PFB-006 – 3/4" NPT-F. Connector port (sensor / drain): PFB-002 – 3/8" hole; PFB-006 – 1/2" NPT-M. Horizontal or vertical installation accepted. |
| Certifications | Not explicitly listed on the datasheet; Everpure UV sterilizers are supplied with a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship for one year from installation or 18 months from production date (whichever comes first). |
| Applications | Ultraviolet disinfection of filtered cold water for beverage, ice and foodservice applications on microbiologically safe supplies meeting the recommended source-water conditions (iron, manganese, turbidity, hardness and temperature limits). |
